If any provision of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under applicable laws and regulations, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Poiray and the Website user agree to first seek an amicable resolution to any disputes that may arise between them.
