This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is intended to inform you about how the personal information you communicate to Poiray, on the Site, in our boutiques, or by any other means, is processed as well as the management of cookies and tracers implemented on the Site.
Poiray recognizes the importance of ensuring the protection and security of your privacy and your personal information, and has established this Privacy Policy in compliance with the regulations applicable on French territory.
As such, Poiray complies with the "Informatique & Libertés" law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended as well as , the Regulation (EU) n°2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 25, 2016, known as the "RGPD" (together hereinafter referred to as the "Applicable Regulation").
