Only Poiray items purchased through our online store can be returned or exchanged.

The product must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged. This must be returned in its original packaging. Any non-compliant or unsuitable for resale return (damaged, damaged, used or soiled) will be rejected and the parts will be sent back to you.

In accordance with the provisions of article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, products corresponding to special orders (made to measure) cannot be exchanged or refunded. Poiray offers you the sending of any product you wish to return.

Orders can be returned for an exchange, credit or refund. The refund will be made via the payment method initially used by the buyer. The credit note will be credited to your Poiray account and valid for 6 months, usable in one or more installments only on our online store.
